I am Víctor Cherubini, a Chilean/Italian IT professional with more than 36 years of total experience. I was born in Chile on September 30, 1973.

I studied Computer Programming at Centro de Formación Técnica C.E.C. (1991 - 1992), then Computer Engineering at Instituto Profesional de Computación C.E.C. (1993 - 1996), both in Santiago, Chile.

I have worked for several companies as a solutions developer, systems administrator, problem solver, operations manager, datacenter administrator/manager, support manager, IT architecture manager, and security analyst, totaling 36 years of experience so far.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in network and computer security, ISO/IEC 27001, NCH 2777/2003 (based on ISO/IEC 17999:2000), Risk Management, Vulnerability and Incident Management, RedSeal operations and administration, Linux OS, MacOSX, Windows, process documentation, scripting languages, team management, metrics evaluation, and Ethical Hacking techniques.

I currently work for Oracle Corporation as a Security Analyst, carrying out various projects related to client security and internal documentation, leading some processes.
